  • 21K Half Marathon

    Your goal is to complete a half marathon without walking. This training programme will ensure you complete the distance in a time you will be proud of!

  • 42K Full Marathon

    Your goal is to complete a full marathon without walking. The most important thing to remember when you start out on this programme is to keep the end goal in mind at all times.
